We source Totapuri, Rajapuri, or Desi mangoes suitable for drying, from farms practicing minimal chemical use, or organic/natural farming
cleaning

The Mangoes are cleaned with potable water to remove dirt, sap, and surface contaminants.

After peeling the mangoes are cut into thin slices (2–4 mm thick) using a manual or mechanical slicer.

The Mango slices are spread in a single layer on stainless steel or food-grade mesh trays and dried at a temperature of 55–60°C for 12 hours.

Packed in multi-layer barrier pouches (metalised PET/PE or kraft paper lined) to protect from light, moisture and air
