Carrot–Tomato–Coriander Sabudana Vada

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Soak sabudana:
    • Wash and soak sabudana until soft and non-sticky.
    • Drain water.
  2. Mix:
    • Add carrot powder, tomato powder, coriander powder, peanut powder, chilli, and salt with sabudana.
  3. Shape:
    • Form flat patties.
  4. Fry:
    • Shallow or deep fry until golden.

Tip

  • Keep the water quantity low while mixing all the powders with soaked sabudana.
  • Keep the patty size small to get
