Why we Made This
Tomatoes are part of everyday cooking. They go into dal, curries, rasam, soups and so many other dishes. Yet preparing them takes time. Wash them. Chop them. Use them before they become too soft. We kept asking ourselves a simple question. What if we could remove all that preparation without changing the way people cook? That's how these tomato slices came about. We start with fresh tomatoes, slice them and gently dehydrate them using a temperature-controlled process. Nothing is added. Nothing is taken away except the water. So when it's time to cook, you can get straight to the part you enjoy most—making
