Why we Made This

Coriander is one of those ingredients we buy almost every week. And for good reason. A simple garnish can completely change how a dish looks, smells and tastes. The problem is that fresh coriander doesn't stay fresh for long. If you don't use it quickly, it often ends up in the compost bin. We wanted to change that. So we gently dehydrate fresh coriander leaves, making them easy to store and ready whenever your meal needs that final touch. Because sometimes, it's the last ingredient that completes the meal. their fresh aroma and are commonly used as a finishing herb in Indian cooking. Dehydration makes them easy to store while keeping them ready for everyday use.
