But let’s be honest—no matter how much we love raw mangoes  they  aren’t always in season. That’s where we bring you our Dehydrated Raw Mango Powder. No peeling, no chopping, no rehydrating. Just open, sprinkle, and enjoy.

Perfect for chaats, dals, rice, spice mixes, juices and curries, this powder brings tangy flavours and  convenience to your kitchen with just a sprinkle. We believe good food shouldn’t feel like a long wait.

We source Totapuri, Rajapuri, or Desi mangoes suitable for drying, from farms practicing minimal chemical use, or organic/natural farming

The Mangoes are cleaned with potable water to remove dirt, sap, and surface contaminants.

After peeling the mangoes are cut into thin slices (2–4 mm thick) using a manual or mechanical slicer.

The Mango slices are spread in a single layer on stainless steel or food-grade mesh trays and dried at a temperature of 55–60°C for 12 hours.
