Why we Made This
There are ingredients we use for volume. And there are ingredients we use for character. Green chillies belong to the second kind. Just a few slices can completely change a dish. But buying fresh chillies only to use one or two at a time often leads to waste. We wanted to make sure that whenever your recipe needs a little heat, it's always within reach. So we prepare fresh green chillies and gently dehydrate them, making them easy to store and simple to use. Because sometimes, the smallest ingredients leave the biggest impression.

Fun Trivia
The heat of a green chilli comes from capsaicin, a natural compound found mostly around the seeds and the white inner ribs—not the seeds themselves.
How to use?
Dehydrated products are naturally concentrated, packing intense flavour and nutrients into a small volume — with almost all the water removed.
