- 1 cup sabudana
- 1 tsp 78E Carrot Powder
- 1 tsp 78E Tomato Powder
- ½ tsp 78E Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Soak sabudana:
- Wash and soak sabudana until soft and non-sticky.
- Drain water.
- Mix:
- Add carrot powder, tomato powder, coriander powder, peanut powder, chilli, and salt with sabudana.
- Shape:
- Form flat patties.
- Fry:
- Shallow or deep fry until golden.
Tip
- Keep the water quantity low while mixing all the powders with soaked sabudana.
- Keep the patty size small to get
