Why we Made This
Fresh ginger is one of those ingredients we buy with good intentions. Then it dries out, shrinks in the refrigerator, or gets forgotten in a corner. We wanted to change that.

Fun Trivia
Fresh ginger contains about 80% water. Once dehydrated, its flavour becomes much more concentrated, which is why a small amount goes a long way.
How to use?
Dehydrated products are naturally concentrated, packing intense flavour and nutrients into a small volume — with almost all the water removed.
