Why we Made This
Drumsticks are loved in many Indian homes, especially in sambar and curries. Preparing them, however, is another story. Cleaning and cutting them takes effort, and they're not always available when you need them. We wanted to make one of our favourite vegetables easier to enjoy. So we prepare fresh drumsticks, cut them into pieces and gently dehydrate them, making them ready whenever your recipe calls for them. Because some vegetables remind us of home—and they shouldn't be difficult to enjoy.
