Why we Made This
Carrots are one of those vegetables we enjoy eating but don't always enjoy preparing. Peeling, chopping and getting everything ready takes time, especially on busy days.
We wanted to make carrots easier to include in everyday cooking.
So we start with fresh carrots, cut them into cubes and gently dehydrate them. They're easy to store and ready whenever your recipe calls for them.
Because cooking vegetables shouldn't begin with extra preparation.
