Why You'll Love It
Made from gongura leaves. Brings gongura is distinctive sourness to everyday cooking. Easy to measure and use. Convenient to store. Works across dals, curries, chutneys and more.
The Best Part
A spoonful is enough to bring the familiar character of gongura into a dish. Add it while cooking, adjust to your taste and let the sourness build naturally.
Why we Made This

There are ingredients you keep at home because you know you'll miss them when they're not there.

Gongura is one of them.

We wanted to make its distinctive taste easier to reach for—not only when fresh leaves are available, but whenever a dish needs that familiar sourness.

So we dried the leaves and made them into a powder that can sit quietly in your kitchen, ready when you need it.
