The Best Part
Drop the cloves straight into curries, gravies or dals while cooking. They soften naturally and release their familiar garlic flavour—no peeling, chopping or crushing needed.

Why we Made This
Garlic makes almost every savoury dish better. Peeling it doesn't. It takes time, leaves behind a strong smell on your hands, and somehow the smallest ingredient ends up demanding the most patience. So we decided to prepare it for you. We begin with fresh garlic cloves and gently dehydrate them using a temperature-controlled process. Nothing is added. Nothing artificial. Just garlic that's ready when you need it. Because great cooking should begin with your recipe—not with peeling garlic.

Fun Trivia
Garlic develops a stronger aroma only after it is cut or crushed. That is when its natural compounds begin reacting with air, creating the flavour we all recognise.
How to use?
Dehydrated products are naturally concentrated, packing intense flavour and nutrients into a small volume — with almost all the water removed.
