About 78E
At 78E, we believe in the quiet abundance of nature — its ability to nourish, sustain, and heal when we let it. We’re guided by a simple idea: that everything we need for a healthy, balanced life has already been provided by the earth. We just need to preserve it with care and bring it closer to everyday living.
That’s exactly what we do with our range of dehydrated vegetables, powders, and fruits. Grown on clean farms and processed without shortcuts, our products contain no artificial colours, additives, or preservatives — just real produce, gently washed, cut, and dehydrated to lock in taste and nutrition.
Our aim is to reconnect your kitchen with the rhythm of nature — one ingredient at a time. Whether you're cooking a weekday curry or experimenting with rasam powder in a new way, 78E is here to make everyday meals simpler, faster, and honestly nourishing.
What's in the name?
Just a simple nod to where we come from—Hyderabad—and a quiet tribute to the land that shapes us. 78E is the longitude that runs through our region, and now, through everything we create. Rooted in place, guided by purpose.
Meet the Founder
Kishore Konda
Founder & CEO, 78E Foods
Kishore Konda is the founder of 78E Foods, a purpose-driven brand focused on clean, nutritious, and naturally processed food. A Computer Science graduate with 18 years in the software industry, Kishore brings a systems-driven, values-based approach to food and agriculture.
In 2017, he founded Community–Prithvi Farms, a 22-acre regenerative farm in Telangana, where he began working closely with nature and rural communities. His firsthand experience with post-harvest challenges inspired him to reduce food waste and preserve nutrition through natural methods—forming the foundation of 78E Foods.
At 78E, Kishore’s goal is simple: make everyday cooking easier and healthier with honest ingredients—like dehydrated vegetables, fruit slices, and powders—free from preservatives or additives.
He’s also passionate about education and community well-being. With his wife, Sushma Kanchi, he co-founded Sha Manyu Global School and leads Akshara Kanthi, a social initiative supporting the education of orphaned children.
Grounded in integrity, wellness, and sustainability, Kishore envisions 78E as a brand that supports farmers, empowers rural livelihoods, and makes clean Indian food accessible to homes across the world.
