Blanched, When Needed
Some vegetables are blanched quickly, where necessary, to lock in colour, flavour, and nutrients. This gentle heating process also reduces microbial load—keeping the food safer and more stable for storage, without needing preservatives.
Cut with Precision, in Clean Conditions
We slice, chop or cube each vegetable in hygienic, stainless-steel environments. This allows for consistency in drying and makes sure the ingredients cook evenly when they reach your kitchen. Clean, precise, and free from contamination.
Dried, with care
Using forced hot air dehydrators, we dry the produce at 55–65°C for 6–8 hours. This slow, even drying brings moisture content down to below 6–8%—just enough to stop spoilage, while locking in the taste, colour, and nutritional value.

Ground & Packed to Protect Purity
For our powders, we use gentle grinding methods to retain flavour and aroma. Then, all products are packed into multi-layer barrier pouches (metalized PET/PE or kraft-lined), which shield against light, moisture, and air—keeping them safe without needing artificial shelf life extenders.
