01 sourcing
Deep red beetroots are sourced from farms practicing minimal chemical use, or organic/natural farming.
02 cleaning
Washed in multiple stages to remove mud, dirt & field debris
03 cutting
Beetroots are cut into uniform slices, usually 5–8 mm thick, for even drying.
04 drying
Dried in forced hot air dehydrators at 55–65°C for 6–8 hours, until moisture drops to below 6–8%.
05 grinding
Fully dried beetroot cubes are ground in pulverisers to desired fineness.
06 packing
Packed in multi-layer barrier pouches (metalised PET/PE or kraft paper lined) to protect from light, moisture and air
